How Do I Check My Balances?
When you open the Fiatsend app, your wallet dashboard displays:
Your digital dollar balance
Your local currency balance
Your total account value in your preferred display currency
How Do I View My Transaction History?
To view your transaction history:
Open app.fiatsend.com and navigate to your wallet.
Tap on "Transaction History" or scroll down below your balances.
You will see a chronological list of all your transactions, including sends, receives, conversions, and mobile money payouts.
Tap any transaction to view full details, including the transaction ID, timestamp, amount, fees, and status.
Can I Hold Both Digital Dollars and GHS at the Same Time?
Yes. Your Fiatsend wallet supports holding both currencies simultaneously. You can convert between them at any time, or choose to hold your funds in whichever currency you prefer.
