Why Can't I Log In to My Fiatsend Account?

If you are having trouble logging in, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check Your Phone Number

Make sure you are entering the correct phone number β€” the same number you used when creating your Fiatsend account. Include the correct country code.

OTP Not Arriving

If you are not receiving your OTP code:

  • Ensure your phone has network signal and can receive SMS messages

  • Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new OTP

  • Check your spam or blocked messages folder

  • Try restarting your phone and requesting the OTP again

Account Locked

If your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts, wait 30 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, contact Fiatsend Support for assistance.

Browser or App Issues

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again

  • If using the app, make sure you have the latest version installed

  • Try using a different browser or device

  • If none of these steps work, contact Fiatsend Support
