What Should I Do If My Mobile Money Payout Hasn't Arrived?

Step 1: Check Your Transaction Status

Open the Fiatsend app and navigate to your transaction history. Find the payout transaction and check its status. If it shows "Processing," the payout is still being sent to the mobile money network.

Step 2: Understand Typical Processing Times

Most Fiatsend payouts arrive within seconds. However, mobile money providers may occasionally take up to 15 to 30 minutes to process incoming funds, especially during peak hours or maintenance windows.

Step 3: Verify the Recipient Number

Double-check that the mobile money phone number you entered is correct. Also ensure the recipient's mobile money account is active and not blocked by their network provider.

Step 4: Wait and Check Again

If the payout shows as "Completed" on Fiatsend but has not arrived in the mobile money wallet, the delay is likely on the mobile money provider's end. Wait 15 to 30 minutes.

Step 5: Contact Fiatsend Support

If your payout has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact Fiatsend Support. Please include the following information:

  • Your transaction ID (found in your transaction history)

  • The recipient mobile money number

  • The amount and time of the transaction

  • A brief description of the issue
