How Do I Cash Out to Mobile Money?
Fiatsend enables instant payouts from your digital dollar (USDC) balance to any Ghana mobile money wallet. Here is how to cash out:
Open the Fiatsend app and go to the Payout or Cash Out screen.
Enter the mobile money phone number you want to send funds to. This can be your own mobile money number or someone else's.
Enter the amount you wish to cash out.
Review the conversion rate, fees, and the GHS amount that will be received.
Confirm the payout. The funds are sent to the mobile money wallet instantly in most cases.
How Long Does a Payout Take?
Most payouts arrive instantly. In rare cases, there may be a short delay due to mobile money network processing times. If your payout has not arrived within a few minutes, check the transaction status in your Fiatsend app.
What If My Payout is Delayed?
If your payout has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
Check the transaction status in your Fiatsend app — it may still be processing
Ensure the recipient mobile money number is correct and active
Wait 15 to 30 minutes, as mobile money providers occasionally experience delays
If the payout has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact Fiatsend Support with your transaction ID
Important: Failed Transactions Do Not Debit Your Account
At Fiatsend, if a transaction fails, your account will not be debited. Your funds are safe and will remain in your wallet.
