What Are My Transaction Limits?
Transaction limits on Fiatsend are determined by your KYC verification level. Higher verification levels unlock higher daily and monthly limits.
Limits by Verification Level
Level 0 (Basic): Lower daily and monthly transaction limits. Suitable for small, occasional transactions.
Level 1 (ID Verified): Increased daily and monthly limits. Suitable for regular personal use.
Level 2 (Full KYC): Highest available limits. Suitable for power users and business transactions.
Specific limit amounts are displayed in your Fiatsend app under Profile > Verification > Limits.
What Happens When I Reach My Limit?
If you reach your daily or monthly limit, you will not be able to complete additional transactions until the limit resets. Daily limits reset every 24 hours, and monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
How Do I Increase My Limits?
To increase your transaction limits, upgrade to the next KYC verification level. Go to Profile > Verification in the Fiatsend app and follow the instructions to submit the required documents.
